One of the ways to grow faster to get get a mentor. Successful IFAs want to help other IFAs. You should identify top IFAs in your city. Cut your ego. Go and meet them. Tell them that you need their help and request them to become your mentor.

If you associate yourself with a good company or a good product, you can expect a good future. It’s not about a guarantee. It’s about conviction. Mutual funds are going to stay for long. They are good for clients. If you have AUM in mutual funds, you will find a way to make money and do well in this business.
